Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

For customers within the UK, we offer the following delivery options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95 (1-2 working days) or FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £50
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next-Day, Signature Required): £6.95 (Order by 3pm, Mon-Fri)

All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, and you can track your package using the Royal Mail Track & Trace website. Simply visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number.

Please note that Express orders ( Special Delivery) placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day. Express Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Or processed on the following Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, if the Monday is a Bank Holiday.

 
European / International Delivery

If you're located outside of the UK, we offer a flat fee of £15.00 for European and International delivery. The estimated delivery time for these orders is 5-10 working days. You can track your package using the Royal Mail Track & Trace website, and the tracking number will be included in your order dispatch email.

International Delivery Notice

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Recipients are responsible for settling these charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You therefore may want to contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

We do not refund import charges paid on returned orders.
