Hassle-Free Returns at UNDERU
At UNDERU, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a refund on the product cost within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is faulty or incorrect. In this case please contact us on customerservices@underu.com to obtain a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label (UK Only)
How to Return an Item -
Returning an item is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
1. Send the product(s) back to us at the address provided below.
2. Include a note with the following details:
- Full Name -
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (e.g., Not Suitable / Faulty / Incorrect Item Received / Other)
Return Conditions
Items must be unopened, undamaged, unused and unworn with any labels till attached
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been removed.
