At UNDERU, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
*EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS*: for your peace of mind, all orders placed from Monday, October 28th 2024, can be returned up to and including Friday, January 10th 2025 - Merry Christmas and Happy Shopping to all!
Returning an item is a breeze! Follow these three simple steps to ensure a quick refund:
- Send the product(s) back to us at the address below.
- Include a small note with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (Not Suitable/Faulty/Incorrect Item received/Other)
- Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, unused, unworn and with labels still attached.
Once we receive and process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email or SMS. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
